Titan win the opening nail-biting battle of two CS:GO giants after two overtimes, 22-19 on de_nuke.

After the knives were won by the French-Belgian side, NiP started off with a won pistol round after Titan's agressive push towards lobby, but it all went downhill afterwards.

Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom and Nathan "NBK" Schmitt combined for four kills in the following eco where they bought P250s and the new CZ-75 Autos, from where they went on to demolish NiP for seven more rounds.

Then the Swedes got one round of their own for 8-2 with a ramp push, but Titan with Schmitt on the helmet replied with three of their own before NiP managed to do more damage.

NiP didn't have the best of starts into the opening match

The first side ended up with Titan up 12-3, but from there on it was a very similar story, this time in favor of NiP. Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg's team managed to win the pistol easily, as well as the first gunround and started racking up rounds.

Titan had a four-round lead, when they finally replied with a round again, but that was only for a little bit, as NiP piled four more on before their opponents made it 14-12.

Then yet another combination, which we have seen so much of in 2013, of Lindberg and his long-time teammate Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund, saved NiP from a match point as they won an unlikely two-versus-five while retaking the upper bombsite.

shox and NBK had numerous performances throughout the match

Remaining three rounds were split 1-2 in favour of Alesund's team after a few two-versus-twos, which made up for overtime number one.

There it was Schmitt once again going huge for his team, as he managed to take a 2-1 lead on the Terrorists side. Alesund replied with a performance of his own though and that meant overtime number two.

Not much more was left for the Swedes then as Titan started off as Counter-Terrorists that time and took another 2-1 by storm, which only followed into a 2-0 on the second side for a very entertaining opening match, which ended at 22-19.
